AMI, obviously a Pan African school
Africa is a vast and rich in musical culture continent, having a worldwide influence, with a speed technological evolution which creates every day new jobs connected to the musical industry, the media and the communication
- Supported by music fans, the Gabon is ideally located, central, accessible, on the seaside, so students could dedicate themselves completely to their training thanks to this good quality of life.
- In the crossroads of multiple African musical influences, Gabon is an independant territory of each of them and is quite neutral to better educate to the diversity of jobs in this industry.
- territory to develop this school and the surrounding necessary industry for the African continent. AMI will not only train the future african musicians, but also become a hub of creation of new music trends, and the generation of new businesses around the school related to music, arts and tourism.
For Berklee, AMI Partner, a pan african school is the connection of Jazz and American popular music to its roots, which remain in the african cultural diaspora.
This connection will allow fusion and creation of new genders and styles and will contribute to the creation of the music of tomorow.
